    Supply list for Fondant I

    We will use The “Wilton” cake decorating book “Celebrate with Fondant” as a reference guide
    12” round cake drum
    20” and a 9” Silicone rolling pin  (if you do not have these one traditional rolling pin will do)
    Roll and cut Mat
    One package of ready to use rolled fondant
    Pizza cutter
    One set of round cut-outs
    One set of leaf cut outs
    One set of flower cut-outs or an apple blossom cutter
    Fondant smoother
    Small mix of equal amounts powdered sugar and corn starch (bring in a small plastic container with lid or a shaker pouch)
    piping gel
    sharp knife
    tooth picks
    pin (like a pin used for sewing)
    two new paint brushes:  one small flat 1/4 “ paint brush and liner brush
    fondant ribbon cutter/embosser
    glycerin
    ball and veining tool (part of the “confectionery tool set”
    fondant shaping foam
    assorted icing colors/dyes
    latex or vinyl gloves (optional)
    turn table
    a flat container to take home fondant pieces for drying
